At the end of May I photographed the wedding of Maria + Mark who live in Poets Corner (the part of Hove where I live and work) too. It gave me (and Ken, my assistant) the chance to visit the Catholic church on Portland Road. The balcony at the rear of the church was a fantastic viewpoint for photographs for Ken and I covered the ceremony from the front. The reception was held at Pelham House in the centre of Lewes. This was my first visit to Pelham as a photographer having been before as a guest. The splendid flowers were created by Lynette and the team at Viva Verde here in Hove and it was lovely to see the amazing table pieces she designed. The food and service at Pelham was great and the gardens were a perfect venue for drinks and canapes. Dinner was served in the Dining Room and the speeches well received. Enjoy the slideshow -
