Spring is here (kind of…) which means I’m out shooting portrait sessions with wedding clients. Some people do question a pre wedding portrait shoot so here is my theory on why a portrait session is good for you -
• It is a good opportunity to get to know me and for me to know you before the wedding day.
• You might be nervous about portraits – so it is good to get a little practice in.
• You might love portraits – so let’s get it on!
• You get a free print and you parents might like a lovely portrait of the pair of you too.
I really enjoy meeting everyone before their wedding and I’m sure it helps calm the photography nerves and improve our relationship by taking time to meet up beforehand. We often head down to the seafront 5 minutes away where I love the bright colours of the beach huts, the textures of the doors and I’m sure everyone loves a bit of sea air.
